Director Client Services
Businessolver is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Director, Client Services (West Des Moines). Responsibilities: oversee the client services area with responsibility for client services staff/development, manage overall client implementation and service fulfillment, design and develop processes to support Businessolver growth, and create of training documentation and methodology for Businessolver clients. Qualifications: Professional experience in a Human Resources/Benefits Administration role, leadership/management, and Client Relations ideal. Candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, 8 years industry experience and 3-5 years experience in staff management/development. Experience implementing HRIS or other applicable systems is considered a plus.
Client Services Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and professional individual to act as a Client Services Manager. Responsibilities: Implement new clients on the Benefitsolver application; customize set-up according to clients' needs and organizational structure; develop training manual for each client; service existing clients on the Benefitsolver application; assist with the design and development of additional system capabilities; communicate daily with clients by telephone and in person; work with carriers to review error reports and monitor system for accuracy of data. Qualifications: Bachelors preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum three years experience in IT/Benefits Administration/Human Resources related field. Experience in project management; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to operate personal computer and associated software and the ability to travel to client locations as needed are all considered requirements of the position. Client Services Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and professional individual to act as a Client Services Specialist. Responsibilities: Assist the client service team with implementation and open enrollment activities; act as first level of client contact by telephone to assist with day to day account administration; monitor the system and client files for completeness and accuracy of client data/information. Qualifications: College degree preferred or equivalent experience. One year minimum experience in office administration/benefit administration/human resources, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to operate personal computer and associated software are all considered requirements of the position.
COBRA Services Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and professional individual to act as a COBRA Services Specialist in our West Des Moines office. Responsibilities: Assist with the implementation of new COBRA clients on the Benefitsolver application, assist in the customization of plan set-up according to client needs and organizational structure, and build strong relationships with clients and internal team members. This successful candidate will process COBRA payments, assist in the reconciliation of COBRA accounts, and provide support to clients and participants. This position is also key to supporting the growth of Businessolver COBRA division. Qualifications: COBRA certification within first three months of employment, associates degree preferred, but 2-4 years of business experience will be considered. Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written mediums is a must. Web Developer
Businessolver is a technology solutions company that provides immediate solutions to businesses and employees via the Internet. In addition to providing a powerful database platform, Businessolver also provides solutions-based tools. Our focus is on helping businesses handle the day-to-day challenges of human resources, safety, and risk management and on prospecting, retaining, and servicing the needs of clients for its partners. We are seeking a candidate to fill the position of Web Developer. The successful candidate will develop XSL templates and Java objects in order to facilitate changes to our online benefits enrollment system. The developer will work directly with the IT and Client Services teams. Qualifications: BS or Associates degree in Computer Science. Two plus years web development experience a must. Knowledge of Java, XSL and XML, experience with Oracle and experience with Apache/Linux server are all considered requirements of the position. The applicant must be detail-oriented, dependable, thorough and able to communicate effectively.
Client Advocacy Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and professional individual to act as a Client Advocacy Manager in our West Des Moines office. Responsibilities: Managing a staff and works to ensure overall department goals are met, coordinates training initiatives within the department, fosters employee development, monitors staff functions, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of three years experience in a call center required, excellent written and verbal communication skills, prior supervisory experience required, ability to successfully manage projects through implementation and ongoing support, and the ability to motivate and coach staff in a team environment.
